Mark Lee is the Chairman and Owner of Aero-Mark LLC, which currently owns CAS (Certified Aviation Services). Mr. Lee has owned operating companies with a primary emphasis in the aerospace industry over the past 25 years. 

Mr. Lee has other holdings in real estate, restaurants, and energy as well as an investment portfolio. Prior to owning his own businesses, Mr. Lee was President and CEO of American Pacific Corporation and was instrumental in its creation through several acquisitions. Before entering the aerospace, business Mr. Lee was involved in international business and real estate. 

Mr. Lee accomplished his undergrad degree from UCLA and his MBA degree from Stanford University. In 2020, he served on the AIA ExCom. Mr. Lee also holds a CPA certificate.

Mr. Oliver brings 30 years of combined, executive leadership in international sales and aftermarket experience from Airbus and BAE Systems. His last position held was Vice President Customer Services with Airbus Americas, where Mr. Oliver was responsible for an aftermarket support of 1800 Airbus aircraft in USA/Canada across 13 operators including many of the world’s largest airlines. Amongst Mr. Oliver’s achievements, he led the transformation of the Airbus’ support and services team. In conjunction with customer feedback and corporate, strategic objectives, he ensured solid growth and vitality for the division. 

Mr. Oliver holds a Master of Science Degree from the Cranfield University School of Aeronautics in Cranfield, England, and a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) from Nottingham University in England.

Brad Caban began his career in the USAF as an F-16 Crew Chief, serving from 1985 to 1991. Later, after becoming an FAA certified A&P mechanic, he gained experience in the aviation industry while working for Delta Air Lines in Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering and Flight Operations. 

In 2010 Brad served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Aero-mark LLC. He was instrumental in acquisitions and in the management of Aero-mark entities with a specific focus on restructuring and P&L management. Soon after, Brad would return to his maintenance roots by becoming President of CAS Material Services located in Fairhope AL, Brad’s hometown. 

Brad is an Instrument rated pilot. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Professional Aeronautics.

Michael Turpin President of Go Team, Recovery, Repair and Modifications
Mr. Turpin joined CAS in 2014, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Aircraft Recovery and Repair. He began his aviation career in the US Navy. Mr. Turpin’s previous positions held were with McDonnell Douglas’s Recovery and Modification Services (RAMS), West Coast Manager for both Polar Air Cargo and World Airways, and Senior Project Manager for Source One Aircraft Repair.

During his tenure at CAS, Mr. Turpin has been instrumental in increasing Go Team visibility, while building strong partnerships with insurers and OEMs resulting in successful recovery and repair projects worldwide.
Mr. Turpin is a licensed A&P Mechanic and holds a Commercial Helicopter Pilots license.

Mrs. Todd joined CAS in 2016. During her employment with CAS, she has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities through her execution of key business decisions while utilizing corporate strategic objectives with a focus on the leasing market. Mrs. Todd’s position has contributed to the development and the maintaining of integral relationships with stakeholders in the leasing community that has a proven track record of collaboration and seamless connectivity. 

Amongst, Mrs. Todd’s achievements are her leadership role in obtaining CAS’ aftermarket partnership with Boeing (GBS) and Airbus (TSP) which played a pivotal role in growing revenues by 30% CAGR from 2016-2019. 

Mrs. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Boise State and an MBA in Aerospace & Defense from the University of Tennessee. She is LeanSigma certified and serves on the Board of Women in Defense – Greater Los Angeles.

Ron Torres currently holds the title for Director of Line Maintenance for Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS). With over 35+ years experience, in the aviation industry and having expertise in the technical and strategy, Mr. Torres currently manages all 16 CAS line stations across the United States. In addition to his main focuses being safety, quality and profitability Mr. Torres also seeks future opportunities that aligns with the corporate strategy.

Mr. Torres former position consisted of working at several different 121 carriers. Prior to joining United Airlines in 1986 and spent the next 28 years in several different leadership roles in Airframe Maintenance, Engine Maintenance, Planning, Airframe Vendor Management, Materials Management, Components, Tooling, Line planning. After leaving United in 2013, he spent 4 years leading Airframe Maintenance MRO 145’s focusing on costs, on time deliveries safety and quality.

Mr. Torres holds an FAA A&P license, and his lean sigma greenbelt. He resides in Northern California with his wife and daughter.

Ms. Adams joined CAS in 2019. She brings 10 years of Industry related experience. 

As a Senior Human Resource Leader, Ms. Adams has utilized her 17 years of management experience within the private and public sectors to bring about progressive change to organizations where she has performed. 

Ms. Adams’ combination of decisiveness, strong business acumen, and formal education has achieved for her the effectiveness of balancing out “big picture” thinking and strategic planning to achieve her objectives both professionally and personally. 

Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix and, master’s degrees in both Human Resources and Health Care Management.

Mr. Patterson joined CAS in 2020. Mr.Patterson brings over 32 years of executive leadership in international sales and aftermarket experience at Airbus Americas. His last position held was Head of Services Sales – North America, where Mr.Patterson pioneered and systematized a service sales and marketing team, as he defined and implemented sales processes and Airbus strategies to drive desired sales outcomes to maximize profitability. Mr. Patterson is an alumnus of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he studied Aeronautical Engineering.
