Brad Caban, President of CAS

Brad Caban currently holds the title of President of CAS. He began his career in the USAF as an F-16 Crew Chief, serving from 1985 to 1991. Later, after becoming an FAA certified A&P mechanic, he gained experience in the aviation industry while working for Delta Air Lines in Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering and Flight Operations. 

In 2010 Brad served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Aero-mark LLC. He was instrumental in acquisitions and in the management of Aero-mark entities with a specific focus on restructuring and P&L management. Soon after, Brad would return to his maintenance roots by becoming President of Fairhope Aerospace located in Fairhope AL, Brad’s hometown. Recently Brad has been promoted to serve as the President of CAS. 

Brad is an Instrument rated pilot. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Professional Aeronautics.

Cesar Manjarrez - Chief Financial Officer

Cesar A. Manjarrez, a results-oriented Chief Financial Officer, brings a wealth of experience in operational finance, pricing analysis, and strategic planning within manufacturing environments. Previously, as the Plant Controller at Sunkist Growers, he led comprehensive accounting activities, providing crucial pricing and costing support for custom-manufactured equipment. His proactive approach in identifying business risks, coupled with a talent for transforming financial data into actionable insights, made him an indispensable asset.

 

In roles at Commercial Metals Company and ARYZTA AG, Manjarrez further demonstrated his financial acumen, engaging with Operations teams to monitor cost trends, developing margin/break-even cost models, and actively participating in SAP integration. With a solid educational foundation in Accounting and a proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, Manjarrez stands out as a dynamic financial leader, poised to make significant contributions in any financial leadership role. Currently Manjarrez leads the accounting team at CAS as their Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Manjarrez joined CAS in August of 2021 as their controller and was promoted to CFO in March of 2022.

Ron Torres- Vice President Line Maintenance

Ron Torres  currently holds the title for Vice President of Line Maintenance for Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS). With over 35+ years experience in the aviation industry and having expertise in technical and strategy, Mr. Torres currently manages all CAS line stations across the United States. In addition to his main focuses being safety, quality, and value- Mr. Torres also seeks future opportunities that align with the corporate strategy. Mr. Torres former position consisted of working at several different 121 carriers.

He joined United Airlines in 1986 and spent the next 28 years in several different leadership roles in Airframe Maintenance, Engine Maintenance, Planning, Airframe Vendor Management, Materials Management, Components, Tooling, and Line Planning. After leaving United Airlines in 2013, he spent 4 years leading Airframe Maintenance MRO 145s focusing on cost, on-time deliveries, safety, and quality.

Mr. Torres holds an FAA A&P license, and his lean sigma greenbelt. He resides in Northern California with his wife and daughter.

Rod Garmany - Vice President AOG Go-Team

Mr. Garmany is the Vice President of AOG Go-Team and is responsible for execution of all heavy structural recoveries and repairs. Prior to this position, he held the title of Director of AOG Go-Team where he has been an essential part of nearly 1,500+ repairs and modifications world-world since joining CAS. Mr. Garmany has been part of the CAS team for 15 years.

Mr. Garmany has an extensive background in aircraft field repair, bringing more than 35 years of technical experience in the industry where he has held technical positions at various organizations such as, Trans World Airlines and Northwest Airlines. In addition to Raytheon Hawker/Beechcraft Corporation where he managed its corporate AOG team. Mr. Garmany holds an A&P license and is Six Sigma and Lean Sigma certified.

Ms. Adams joined CAS in 2019. She brings over 13 years of Industry related experience.

As a Senior Human Resource Leader, Ms. Adams has utilized her 20 years of management experience within the private and public sectors to bring about progressive change to organizations where she has performed.

Ms. Adams’ combination of decisiveness, strong business acumen, and formal education has achieved for her the effectiveness of balancing out “big picture” thinking and strategic planning to achieve her objectives both professionally and personally.

Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix and, master’s degrees in both Human Resources and Health Care Management.
